Privacy policy

DailyJobs lists entry-level IT jobs from public job boards. We built it to work without knowing who you are. This policy is written for India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).
The short version
- No accounts, no tracking cookies, no fingerprinting, no advertising or third-party trackers.
- We count Apply clicks per job per day — just a number. No IP address, device or user ID is stored.
- We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and doesn't identify you.
- We only hold your contact details if you choose to sign up for job alerts.
What we collect and why

A short "utm" campaign tag (like utm_source=instagram) from the link you arrived on is kept in your
browser's session storage so the Apply click is counted against the right channel. It is cleared when you close the tab
and contains nothing about you.

We set no advertising, analytics or tracking cookies, so there is nothing to consent to and no cookie banner. You can clear all of the above at any time from your browser settings; the site keeps working.
Server logs
Like every website, requests pass through Cloudflare, which processes your IP address and browser details briefly to deliver pages and stop abuse. We don't store these logs ourselves and never use them to identify you.
Job applications
When you click Apply you leave DailyJobs for the employer's or job board's website. Whatever you submit there is handled under their privacy policy, not ours. We never see your application.
Telegram and Instagram
If you join our Telegram channel or follow us on Instagram, those platforms' own privacy policies apply.
Your rights
Under the DPDP Act you can ask what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or erase it, withdraw consent (for alerts) at any time, and nominate someone to exercise these rights for you. Contact us via our Instagram page and we’ll respond within 30 days.
Grievance officer
via our Instagram page. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Children
This site is meant for job seekers aged 18 and above. We don't knowingly collect data from children.
Changes
If we change this policy we'll update the date above. Material changes affecting alert subscribers will be emailed to them.
